Yep it is a Iowa thing. Cedar Rapids has contracted speed cameras, and Le Claire is getting them. What’s in common. 4 lane interstate or m ajor highway through city limits. And of course once installed, they will never take them down as they get hooked on the free money from keeping their interstates safe.......
